A plumbing hotline for Miami-Dade.

Miami Plumber Hotline is a phone line and website for people in Miami-Dade County who need a plumber and do not want to search through listings during a leak. Calls and form requests are routed to independent local plumbing providers who serve the county.

We are not a plumbing contractor and we do not perform plumbing work. Availability, pricing, and timing are set by the provider who takes your call.

What it is

Miami Plumber Hotline is a phone number and website for Miami-Dade County. When you call or send the form, your request is routed to an independent local plumbing provider who serves your area and is available at that time. You can do this in English or Spanish. The line exists because during a leak nobody wants to scroll through listings and leave voicemails; one number that reaches a working plumber is simpler.

What it is not

We are not a plumbing company. We do not send our own technicians, we do not set prices, and we do not charge for the work. The provider who takes your call is responsible for the service, their quote, and their schedule, and you agree on all of it with them directly. If you want to verify a provider's license before hiring them, you can look it up with the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation.

What happens when you call

Your call is answered and routed to an independent plumbing provider that serves your part of Miami-Dade and is available at that time. You speak with that provider directly about the problem, their service call fee, and when they can arrive. If no one is available in your area at that moment, you will be told rather than left waiting. Miami Plumber Hotline does not perform the work and does not collect any payment.

Questions

What happens when I call?

Your call is answered and routed to an independent plumbing provider that serves your area of Miami-Dade and is available at that time. You then speak with the provider directly about your problem, their pricing, and when they can arrive. If nobody is available in your area, you are told so on the call.

What should I tell the plumber?

Your city or neighborhood, what is leaking or blocked, where the problem is (kitchen, bathroom, water heater, yard), whether the water is shut off, and whether it is a house, condo, or business. If it is a condo, mention whether building management has been notified. Photos help if the plumber asks for them.

Can I get a price on the phone?

The provider may quote a service call fee or a rough range on the phone, but most plumbing pricing depends on what they find on site. Ask them to confirm the price before starting work, and ask about the after-hours rate if you are calling at night. Miami Plumber Hotline does not set or collect any fees.

Do you cover my city?

The hotline covers Miami-Dade County, including Miami, Hialeah, Kendall, Coral Gables, Doral, and surrounding communities such as Miami Lakes, Westchester, Sweetwater, and Pinecrest. If a provider is not available in your area at the time you call, you will be told.

Can I get help in Spanish?

Yes. You can call or send the form in Spanish or English. Say which language you prefer and the call is routed accordingly.
