Miami Plumber Hotline is a referral and call-routing service. When you call or submit a request, we pass your information to an independent plumbing provider that serves your area. We do not perform plumbing work, employ plumbers, dispatch vehicles, or supervise any work performed.
- The provider who contacts you is an independent business, not our employee or agent
- Any estimate, price, arrival time, warranty, or promise is made by the provider, not by us
- You may decline the provider's offer and are under no obligation to hire them
Estimates and Pricing
Miami Plumber Hotline does not set, quote, or collect fees for plumbing work. Any service call fee, estimate, or final price is determined by the provider and should be confirmed with them before work begins. We may receive compensation from providers or call-routing networks for calls and requests we refer.
Limitation of Liability
We are not responsible for the quality, timeliness, safety, or outcome of any work performed by a provider, nor for any provider's licensing, insurance, or conduct. Verify a provider's credentials yourself before hiring them; Florida license status can be checked through the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the hotline or from any provider's work.
